How to play kabaddi
Kabaddi began in India long ago. Each team has 7 players on the court. One player, the raider, runs into the other side, saying “kabaddi, kabaddi” in one breath. The raider tries to tag players and race back home. The other team tries to stop the raider. No breath left? You’re out!
